Me: *Walking through the door* "Hey, hon! I just got myself into another project with no possibility of profit! :D"
Josh: *While stirring pasta sauce, and absent-mindedly* "Good, good.."
Anyway, here's a couple of coloring pages for promotion of Abingdon's Wolf project. It's a public art project to raise money for the program promoting Main street.
Finally finished with "The Raven and the Crow". Not-so-good picture, due to all too bright light this morning.
Aaand, retouched an oldie-but-goodie Salamander. All the stylized flowers occur in this area, though not all are wild.

Update.
On the book end, just finished listening to "A year of wonders", a novel of the plague. Neat little story, disappointing ending.
On art end, head hurts. Going to do 9 panels of Aesop's Fable illustrations. BECAUSE I CAN.Below: underpainting for the Fox and the Crow, my personal favorite. 24x42 inches, acrylic on board.
A friend saw the Purple Owlet and commish'd another version of it for her friend. 7x7 inches, acrylic on board.
A set of typical khokhloma-styled florals for the farmers' market this weekend.
Progress on the Virginia Highlands Festival signature art. 27 hours in. First person who asks if the Virginia Creeper leaves are pot leaves gets punched in the face. ;)
