El: "I don't want to go to work.. you should come to work with me!"
Me: "But then I wouldn't be able to clean the house."
El: "We could hire a house-cleaner?"
Me: "Hm... nah. Too expensive."
El: "For the size of our place, it wouldn't be too much. Besides, it would save you two hours of cleaning and eight hours of whining about it."

(It wouldn't be as funny if it wasn't true.)
